BMW X6

concept X6, said that this model should not be regarded as a SUV. Bavarians say that X6 is a new class, which they named SAC - Sports Activity Coupe. Inside the BMW X6 will be room for five, although the dimensions of the machine can be placed in the cabin and seven seats. However, BMW decided that the X6 is a coupe after all, even off-road, not a vehicle to transport a huge number of passengers. In addition, if you look at the car in profile, it becomes clear - even if there was a third row of seats, its passengers simply do not have enough space above your head. After all, the rear part of the roof is very blocked (this is what allows the BMW X6 to call the word coupe).

  

The most modest BMW X6 get six-cylinder diesel engine volume 3.0 liters, which will produce 286 hp and 580 Nm. There will be a 3.0-liter turbocharged petrol unit with which capacity will be 306 hp (400 lb-ft.). Well, the quickest X6 will be equipped with the new 4.4-liter V8. twin-turbo (!), which will produce 407 hp and 600 Nm. Thanks to the latter power unit is quite large and heavy X6 will accelerate 0-100 km / h in just 5.4 seconds.

 BMW X6 - the world's first Sports Activity Coupe - will be available at official dealers BMW has been since June 2008. In Russia, the car will be available in trim levels with three engines: a petrol V8 with twin-turbo (300 kW/407 hp) inline six-cylinder twin-turbo (225 kW/306 hp) and a straight-six diesel engine with a turbocharger (173 kVt/235 HP).
